Sponsor a person in need, or help us to continue our education & awareness programmes
MedicAlert is a non-profit charity; we do not receive any government funding to subsidise our charitable projects.
We cover our running costs, such as our 24/7 emergency support via our online trading of membership and jewellery. As a result of this, we are able to ensure that all donations are spent on supporting our charitable aims, including sponsorship of vulnerable people in need, as well as providing educational resources for medical and emergency professionals.
Can't decide what to donate towards? No problem, you can make a general donation to MedicAlert by clicking the button below.
If you would like to see your donation help an individual, then our Goodwill Project is the one to choose. Scroll below for more information.

Our Goodwill Project supports vulnerable individuals experiencing financial difficulties, with free or reduced-price membership and jewellery.
John and his wife Ethel, both 84, have been MedicAlert members for many years, however, this year they contacted us to cancel their membership as, regrettably, they could no longer afford the service. Through the Goodwill Project, we could offer them significantly reduced membership meaning they both could afford to renew. They were naturally delighted and reassured to still be able to benefit from MedicAlert membership.
Claire and her two teenage children all contend with the limitations of the same genetic condition, but Claire was unable to afford memberships for all three of them. The Goodwill Project helped us support this family by providing 50% of the total membership cost.
Jack is 11 and recently lost his bracelet. His Mum could not afford to replace the jewellery, but was anxious that people would not be aware of his conditions whilst he was at school. The Goodwill Project provided a replacement bracelet which he can wear to school. Jack is happy to have his bracelet and Mum has one less thing to worry about.
